Taylor McCormack

Director of Marketing and Communications

As Director of Marketing and Communications at Pallas Capital Advisors, Taylor is our communications expert and marketing firepower. She leads the development and execution of Pallas Capital’s strategic marketing initiatives, including website, social media, and client events. Additionally, she leads our public relations efforts and is our point of contact for all press and media requests. Taylor is a believer in the power of marketing and is especially skilled at developing metrics to measure the impact of marketing plans.

Prior to joining Pallas Capital Advisors, Taylor was Account Executive at Boston advertising agency MMB, known for their creative work with the Boston Bruins, Sam Adams, and the American Heart Association. There she helped her assigned brands meet and exceed advertising goals while navigating them through shifting media trends, ever-changing tech, and short-lived cultural trends. She also developed expertise in client service and built creative skills across broadcast, print and digital channels.

Originally from Scituate, Massachusetts, Taylor now resides in South Boston. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with friends and family, exploring new neighborhoods, restaurants, and coffee shops throughout the city, going to the beach, and staying active. In 2025, Taylor achieved a personal milestone by completing the Boston Marathon as part of the Brigham and Women’s Stepping Strong Team.

Taylor is a graduate of the University of Delaware where she earned a degree in Communications, Media, and Event Management.
