Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate at Pallas Capital Advisors, Ryner is responsible for helping clients achieve their financial goals through the creation and implementation of financial plans, investment and portfolio analysis, and ongoing operational and administrative support.  Ryner is dedicated to providing exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

Ryner first stepped into the financial services industry at UBS Financial Services working with the Cullen Wealth Management Group in June 2020.  Prior to starting full-time, Ryner was an intern for the team during the summers of 2018 and 2019.  There, he focused on day-to-day operational support and client relationship management.

Ryner graduated from Bentley University in 2020 with a B.S. in Finance. At Bentley, Ryner was a student-athlete on the Men’s Ice Hockey team and served as team captain during his Junior and Senior seasons.

Originally from Lino Lakes, Minnesota, Ryner currently lives in South Boston.  Away from work, he enjoys spending time with loved ones, golfing, relaxing on the lake (but will settle with the ocean!), and reading.
