Michael Vazza joins Pallas Capital Advisors as an Investment Associate. As an Investment Associate at Pallas Capital Advisors, Michael acts as a vital connector between strategic planning and investment execution. He collaborates closely with the investment management team to design and implement investment strategies, ensuring smooth integration and delivering key operational support to the firm’s clients.

Beginning his career in Financial Services at Fidelity Investments, Michael started as an Investment Consultant before advancing to the role of Private Client Group Advisor. In this role, he developed and implemented investment strategies for his portfolio within Fidelity’s Private Client Group, where he previously managed over $750 million in assets. Drawing on insights from the

CFA program, he engaged high-net-worth families in comprehensive wealth planning, including investment, retirement, and legacy strategies. Known for his ability to simplify complex financial concepts and build strong client relationships, he was selected for Fidelity’s Northeast Leadership Development Program to continue to enhance his leadership skills and contribute to the organization’s success.

Prior to his role at Pallas Capital, Michael worked as an Acquisition and Asset Manager at Vazza Real Estate Group, a family-owned business specializing in real estate investment and development. There he focused on identifying, underwriting, and stabilizing new investment opportunities. As well as raising capital by preparing financial models, projections, and detailed financing memorandums, along with presentation materials for private investments.

Michael lives in Hanover with his wife, Emmalee, and their two sons: Jackson and Brooks. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, staying active, and exploring new restaurants. He also values spending quality time with his family, reading, and traveling. He serves as a member of the CFA Society of Boston and as a board member of the Thayer Academy Alumni Association.
