Investment Associate, Dedicated Trader

Jessica Frigon joined Pallas Capital Advisors as an Investment Associate, serving as a dedicated trader on the firm’s investment team. In this role, she contributes to the team’s investment process and supports the execution of client-focused strategies across a wide range of asset classes. Jessica’s work helps the team implement its systematic approach to security selection and asset allocation, which is designed to create optimal portfolios at every risk tolerance level. She also combines internal and external expertise across public equities, public and private debt, venture capital, private equity, commodities, and private real estate opportunities.

Jessica earned her degree in Economics from Union College, where she was a four-year varsity swimmer and team captain. She began her career at Shepherd Kaplan Krochuk on the investment research team, focusing on equity and fixed income manager due diligence before transitioning to private markets, covering perpetual registered funds across private equity, credit, and infrastructure. This experience gave her a strong foundation across both traditional and alternative asset classes, which she now applies to support Pallas’ multi-asset investment strategies.

Originally from West Hartford, CT, Jessica now resides in South Boston, MA. Outside the office, she enjoys training for triathlons, painting, and reading.
