Greg is a Founding Partner and Chief Growth Officer at Pallas, overseeing both the organic and inorganic growth through M&A, Advisor Tuck-ins, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Service initiatives.  His priorities are two-fold; expose clients to the breadth and depth of the firm’s comprehensive wealth management platform, and align the advisor to the vast growth resources that Pallas has developed.  Greg brings over 20 years of experience in wealth management and business development – all of which help him successfully develop and prioritize the client and advisor service model.  Before co-founding Pallas Capital Advisors, Greg worked at UBS Financial Services where he was responsible for client acquisition, business development, and corporate executive planning engagements. Prior to UBS, Greg worked as an advisor at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management and began his career at Credit Suisse L.L.C.

Outside of Pallas, Greg enjoys spending his time skiing, golfing, and pretending he can still play basketball. He is active in several local charities and serves on the board of multiple non-profit organizations.  He lives in Cohasset, MA with his wife and 3 children.

Greg received a Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University.
