Andrew Krout is a Managing Director at Pallas Capital, where he plays a key leadership role in driving the firm’s Wealth Management strategy and delivering comprehensive financial solutions to ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Andrew joined Pallas Capital in 2023 as a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management, bringing with him a forward-thinking mindset and deep industry expertise. Since then, he has continued to exemplify the next generation of financial leadership, blending innovation, insight, and a client-first approach that reflects the firm’s core values.

As Managing Director, Andrew is instrumental in shaping the client experience and advancing the firm’s commitment to thoughtful, tailored financial planning. His ability to navigate the evolving financial landscape enables him to empower clients in meaningful, measurable ways, while his collaborative leadership style further strengthens Pallas’s culture of excellence.

Before joining Pallas Capital, Andrew served as a Wealth Advisor and Co-Chief Investment Officer at De Groote Financial Group, LLC, where he developed a strong reputation for building strategic, goal-oriented investment portfolios. He began his career at Kelly Financial in Boston, MA, where he held the position of Chief Investment Officer.

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania, where he was also a member of the Division I golf team. He currently holds his Life Insurance licenses.

Andrew now resides in Boston’s vibrant South End, known for its brownstone architecture and thriving arts and culinary scene, with his wife, Madison, and their Frenchie, Fern.
