Before joining Pallas Capital Advisors in 2022 as a Financial Advisor in the Newport, RI office, Adam began his career at Prudential Financial as a Financial Advisor. There, he worked closely with his mentor, developing his proficiency and expertise in finance.

Adam brings a decade of experience in developing comprehensive, objective, and unbiased financial plans for individuals, families, and business owners, guiding clients in growing and preserving their wealth. He believes in the family office model, which incorporates all the client’s advisors in the planning process. This team-based approach elevates the recommendations made and empowers the client through a deeper sense of understanding of their total financial picture.

Adam has always held leadership roles throughout his professional career. While at Prudential he held dual roles as Financial Planner and Manager of Training and Development. He was responsible for implementing and training advisors on the use of eMoney, a best-in-class financial planning software, and was responsible for the mentorship and development of advisors and developed client focused ways to train.

Adam received his degree from Loyola Marymount University in 2006. He began his college career at Northeastern University, where he was a recipient of the LaCLA Scholarship, and volunteered at St. Jude’s.

His move to Pallas was motivated by his desire to enhance his skills by surrounding himself with some of the best minds in the industry. Adam believes that Pallas Capital Advisors has the innovation and capabilities that are best suited to complement his abilities.

Adam resides in Lincoln, RI with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he enjoys exercise and traveling with his family.
