Pallas Institute Student Intern Program

Location: Day 1 – 45 Braintree Hill Office Park, Braintree MA Suite 201 Day 2 – 45 Braintree Hill Office Park + afternoon field trip to Fidelity’s offices in Boston

Pallas Capital has designed a special in-person financial literacy and education program for college-aged students that we are calling Pallas Institute. This unique program offers an introduction to the investment industry, exposes students to potential careers in finance and investing, and gives students a chance to apply their learning through interactive case studies and presentations.

Who should attend?

Students who have completed at least one year of college and are interested in growing their knowledge of finance and investing. No prior knowledge of finance is required.

How to register?

To participate, students should provide a resume to taylor@pallascapitaladvisors.com by December 31 and agree to have a 5-min pre-call the first week of January.
We have a capacity of 40 seats, so we will proceed to fill the class on a first-come, first-served basis.

What will students gain from the interactive 2-day program?

Education – students will acquire a foundation in financial literacy and an introduction to the investment industry; they will learn the difference between stocks, bonds, and alternative investments, and the roles each play in financial markets.
Experience – Students will gain experience formulating, discussing, and debating the merits of potential investments with peers and finance professionals. Through case studies, students will learn the role that asset allocation, risk management, and financial planning can play in growing and preserving wealth. Students will also participate in break-out sessions and exercises with financial advisors to learn the basics of budgeting, tax management, and estate planning.
Credibility – Each intern who completes our program will earn a Pallas Institute certificate of completion and be provided a description of the internship program for their resume and LinkedIn.

Why is Pallas offering the program?

We hope to provide financial literacy to young adults, illustrate the value of wealth management, and introduce our industry to diverse populations across the next generation.
