With over 30 years of experience in customer experience, technology, and consulting in the financial services industry, Michelle has helped to grow and scale two startups that resulted in acquisitions by global public companies.

Michelle has also had more than her fair share of adversity.  In this episode, she shares her, and her family’s, experience with Alzheimer’s disease.
