Meet the New Talent Elevating Pallas Capital Advisors’ Investment Capabilities

BRAINTREE, Mass., OCT. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ Pallas Capital Advisors, LLC is thrilled to announce that Jessica Frigon has joined the firm’s Investment team as an Associate. In this role, Jess will contribute to the firm’s research, portfolio strategy, and client-focused investment solutions while being mentored by Vice President, Camden Newton, CFA, and reporting to Stephen Kylander, Senior Vice President, who has been a member of the investment team’s leadership since shortly after the firm’s founding.

Jessica graduated from Union College with a degree in Economics and a discipline in Mechanical Engineering, where she was a four-year varsity swimmer and team captain. Post graduation, Jess started her career at Shepherd Kaplan Krochuk on the investment research team, focusing on equity and fixed income manager due diligence before transitioning to private markets, covering perpetual registered funds across private equity, credit, and infrastructure.
