Rich co-founded Pallas Capital Advisors with decades of experience managing all aspects of wealth for high net worth individuals. As Co-Founder and Managing Director, he is responsible for advising high net worth families, corporate executives and business owners on the complexities of their financial health and legacies. Additionally, he oversees the investment management team, helping to construct portfolios and drive the firms’ investment philosophy.

For more than 25 years, Rich has advised high net worth individuals and families in the areas of financial planning, estate and tax planning, investment management and portfolio construction. Before Rich opened Pallas Capital, he was with UBS Financial Services for over eight years, where he co-founded Minot Light Advisors and was responsible for all corporate financial planning engagements and worked directly alongside the portfolio management team. Prior to UBS, Rich was a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley. He was one of only 168 U.S. based Investment Representatives with Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management (PWM), the exclusive ultra-high net worth division, providing highly customized investment counsel to CEOs, entrepreneurs, executives, family offices, stewards of families, and endowments. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Rich was a Vice President of Investments at Prudential Securities. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Rich worked in the US House as a Legislative Aid to U.S. Representative Morris K. Udall and as an assistant to U.S. Presidential Candidate Bruce Babbitt.

In his free time, Rich enjoys playing golf, offshore fishing and traveling. He is active in several local and national charities and serves on the board of a non-profit organization. He lives in Scituate, MA with his wife and three children.

Rich received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona and his ICP from the University of Pennsylvania – the Wharton School.

Charlie is a co-founder of Pallas Capital Advisors. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Charlie’s focus is to help highly affluent families, corporate executives and business owners manage the unique complexities of their financial health and legacies. Charlie advises clients on estate taxes, philanthropy, business succession, executive compensation, multi-generational planning and wealth accumulation. He believes every client and family we serve is unique and deserves an unbiased and thoughtful plan.

Over the past 20 years, Charlie built a wealth advisory business at Sagemark Private Wealth Services, where he advised Fortune 500 CEO’s, affluent families and prominent business owners. Prior to Sagemark, Charlie was  Vice President and Director of Estate Planning for Prudential Securities. He also has significant experience and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate business, both as a former real estate manager and currently as an owner of private real estate.

Charlie along with Pallas co-founders Richard Mullen and Greg Boyle will dedicate their time to thought leadership, oversight of client engagement, coaching and training of team members to make Pallas a world class wealth management firm.

Charlie lives in Chestnut Hill, MA with his wife and have three children. In his free time, Charlie enjoys playing squash, golf and outdoor activities. He has been an active participant in the Broader Boston Community and has served on several boards and advisory committees, including Mercantile Bank, Commerce Bank, Brookline Foundation, Worcester Academy, Boston Estate Planning Council and a Trustee of the Chapel Hill Chauncy Hall School.

Charlie is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering.

Greg co-founded Pallas with more than 15 years of industry experience. As Co-Founder and Managing Director, he is responsible for advising high net worth families, corporate executives and business owners on the complexities of their financial health and legacies. Additionally, he oversees all aspects of Pallas’s family office services including tax planning, investment management, trust and estate planning, bill pay and insurance.

Prior to opening Pallas Capital, Greg was with UBS Financial Services for over eight years, where he co-founded Minot Light Advisors and was responsible for all corporate financial planning engagements and delivering all aspects of the family office services. Prior to UBS, Greg was one of the only 168 U.S. based Investment Representatives with Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management (PWM), the exclusive ultra-high net worth division, providing highly customized investment counsel to CEOs, entrepreneurs, executives, family offices, stewards of families, and endowments. He began his career in financial services at Credit Suisse L.L.C.

Outside of Pallas, Greg enjoys spending his free time skiing, golfing and boating. He is active in several local and national charities and serves on the board of multiple non-profit organizations. He lives in Cohasset, MA with his wife and three children.

Greg received his Bachelor Degree from Northeastern University.

James joined Pallas Capital Advisors in 2019 as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and Director of Planning.

In 1996 James began working for Secure Planning, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor in the Portsmouth, NH area, and after two years, moved to Hartford, CT, to work for WS Griffith Securities, Inc.  In September 2001 James joined Lincoln Financial Advisors in Virginia Beach, VA, where as Regional Director of Investments, and later Director of Financial Planning, he was instrumental in the growth and development of the Financial Planning operation of that office. In 2006 he transferred to the Boston office, and continued his role with Lincoln’s National Planning Team, specializing in estate planning and wealth management for the high net worth marketplace.

In his role as Director of Planning for Pallas Capital Advisors, James provides investment and insurance product knowledge, and estate planning support and training to the firm’s advisors.

For his personal practice, James offers financial planning services for affluent business owners, executives, professionals, and retirees.  Implicit in this mission is the goal to always deliver quality professional advice, top quality products offered by the best companies, and outstanding service at all times. His goal is to develop long-term relationships with clients that are based on mutual respect and appreciation for each other’s talents and objectives.

In addition to the Chartered Financial Consultant Designation, James is a General Securities Supervisory Principal.

James and his wife, Laurie have six children and live in eastern Massachusetts.

Charlie comes to Pallas Capital Advisors with two decades of investment management experience that spans a spectrum of functions including portfolio management, research, and product design. As the CIO of the firm, he oversees the team regarding the firm’s research, development and execution of investment strategies.

Prior to his current role, Charlie held positions at Batterymarch Financial Management, Invesco, and State Street. While at Batterymarch, Charlie successfully led a team overseeing $15B of equity assets. At Invesco, he contributed to a team that managed a $12B global equity dividend portfolio, where he focused on quantitative research, alpha development and risk management. As Vice President of portfolio risk and research at State Street Associates, he focused upon multi-asset investment strategy development and thought leadership. Before entering the investment management industry in 1999, he worked as an engineer at The MathWorks, supporting key clients as an applications consultant in science and engineering.

Charlie received his B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from MIT and MBA from the Yale School of management. He is a charter holder from the CFA Institute and a member of the Chicago Quantitative Analysts society.

Charlie lives in Walpole with his wife Carla, and his sons Andrew, Daniel, and James. He enjoys wrenching on cars, developing his skills on the racetrack, snowboarding, and coaching at New England Disabled Sports.

Christopher is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at Pallas Capital Advisors, bringing with him nearly two decades of industry experience as a financial advisor in the Portsmouth, NH area. Christopher works with a select group of business owners, CEOs, corporations and other high net worth individuals. He leverages a full family office model by working directly with client’s attorneys and CPAs on their behalf for a seamless client experience.

Prior to Pallas Capital Advisors, Christopher was a Financial Advisor and Managing Director at Ameriprise Financial Services, where he established his business focusing on tax, estate and generational wealth planning for a select group of clients. He has also held similar roles at UBS Financial Services and Smith Barney.

Christopher is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he received his Master of Arts. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Gordon College and holds his Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses. Christopher is an appointed member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council since 2015.

In his free time, Christopher enjoys boating, skiing and spending time with his family. He is active in several local and national charities. Chris lives in York, Maine with his wife and children.

John is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Pallas Capital Advisors. John brings to Pallas nearly a decade of financial service industry experience. John is responsible for overseeing the team’s investment management process and working directly with the portfolio management team to review if clients’ assets are properly allocated and protected.

Prior to joining Pallas, John was a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate at Minot Light Advisors at UBS. John previously held roles at US Trust, Bank of America and Lynx Capital. As a trader and research analyst at US Trust, John focused on the firm’s $1.5 billion socially innovative investment offering. At Bank of America, he was a distressed debt analyst, where he focused on mitigating the credit risk of some of the bank’s most volatile investments. He entered the financial industry as a proprietary trader at Lynx Capital.

John and his wife, Connor, reside in West Roxbury with their dog Finn. They enjoy skiing, cooking Spanish food, and hiking in New England.

John is a graduate of UCLA Anderson School of Management where he received his MBA. As a full time MBA student, John worked as a member of the Student Investment Fund managing a sleeve of the school’s endowment as part of both the equity and fixed-income teams. He earned his CFA charter in 2013, and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Bates College, where he was also a member of the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse Team. He holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses.

As the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Pallas Capital Advisors, Christie is responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for the firm, including website design and maintenance, social media management, client events, public relations, and campaign analytics. She also serves as a point of contact for all press and media related requests.

Prior to joining Pallas Capital Advisors, Christie spent three years working for Minot Light Advisors, UBS as a Business Development Specialist. There, she was responsible for client experience and marketing support.

Born and raised on the south shore of Massachusetts, Christie currently resides in South Boston. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at local organizations, spending time at the beach, cooking and finding new books to read.

Christie is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. Christie holds her Series 7 license.

Jack is the Director of Operations and Financial Planning at Pallas Capital Advisors. Jack is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and has over 10 years of experience in financial services. His primary role at Pallas is to develop financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families, along with being a proactive point of contact for clients’ administrative and operational needs.

Prior to joining Pallas, Jack spent five years at Minot Light Advisors at UBS, where he served as a Wealth Strategy Associate and was responsible for developing financial plans, client administration and operations. Before joining UBS, Jack spent 5 years at Citizens Bank as a Premier Client Service Associate.

Jack earned his B.S., Business Management from Bridgewater State University and holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses, along with the CFP designation.

As a Portfolio Manager at Pallas Capital Advisors, John manages the creation and supervision of financial plans, as well as the execution of investment strategies. With over a decade of industry experience, John serves as a point of contact for clients’ administrative and operational needs and strives to ensure that every client need is met.

Previously, John spent two years at Sagemark Consulting Private Wealth Services, a division of Lincoln Financial Advisors, where he was responsible for developing financial plans and managing client relationships. Prior to Sagemark, John cultivated his asset management and wealth planning knowledge through positions at Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo.

John resides in Lynnfield, MA with his wife and two sons. In his free time, John enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with his family.

John is a graduate of Assumption College, where he was a member of the varsity hockey team. He holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses.

As an Associate Portfolio Manager at Pallas Capital Advisors, Cam works directly with the financial planning and investment management teams, where she focuses on developing financial plans, executing investment objectives and providing operational support to the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining Pallas Capital, Cam spent two years as an Investment Analyst at PNC Bank Wealth Management in St. Louis. She was responsible for developing, communicating, and executing custom tailored investment strategies for high net worth families.

Cam resides in Boston’s South End and in her free time enjoys playing tennis and trying new restaurants in the city.

Cam is a graduate of Indiana University, Kelley School of Business where she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and international business. Cam is currently a Level II candidate within the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program offered through the CFA Institute. She holds her Series 65 license.
