Director of Business Development

As a Director of Business Development at Pallas Capital Advisors, Bobby is responsible for all recruiting aspects at the firm. This includes attracting, hiring, and retaining talented financial advisors and industry professionals who are looking to join an independent firm and grow their business.

Prior to Pallas Capital Advisors, Bobby was with Lincoln Financial where he was a Regional Director for the New England and New York markets.

Before joining Lincoln, Bobby worked at Prudential Advisor’s Boston Financial Group, where he started as a producer and was promoted to Sales Manager in 2008 and Managing Director in 2014. There, Bobby ran the day-to-day operations at the firm and was responsible for growing revenue both vertically and horizontally.

Bobby resides in Coventry, RI, and splits his time between the Braintree, MA and Newport, RI offices.

Bobby is not registered with Triad Advisors, LLC.
